Swim & Dive Lessons

Our instructors are certified swim lesson instructors with various levels of experience, qualifications and expertise. Our swim lesson program is designed for ages 6 month to adults, and each level is based on skill and age.

Swim lessons status

American Red Cross Learn to Swim Levels

We recommend you place your child in the level they last completed. It is easier to move your child up a level than it is to move them down a level.

If you need assistance placing your child in the appropriate level, use our swim lesson placement flow chart (pdf) or email lstthomas@lenexa.com.

Our instructors will conduct a skills assessment on the first day of class to verify your child is in the right level. If your child needs to move levels, the instructor will notify you of their recommendations within the first two days of class.
