Join us for an elegant dinner crafted from meat and produce grown and raised by Lenexa Farmers Market vendors. Pascal Larcher, chef/owner of Velouté, will prepare an amazing French country-inspired menu in the intimate setting of The Kitchen at Lenexa Public Market.
You'll also meet Jacob Thomas of JET Produce And Meats, David Hemme of Hemme Brothers Creamery and Carl Waldenmaier of LandSeaFood, who will share what they do and how they farm.

Gourmet Deviled Eggs – Assorted deviled eggs made with farm-fresh eggs and prepared to perfection.
Cold Tomato Gazpacho Soup – Locally grown tomatoes picked at the peak of ripeness, with other fresh vegetables and herbs, served chilled to satisfy the palate.
Summer Salad – Assorted greens with fresh fruit and vegetables from the Farmers Market tossed with a citrus vinaigrette.
