Located at the intersection of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard adjacent to Interstate 435, Lenexa City Center is a new and exciting mixed-use neighborhood. Combining walkability, density, sustainability and community, Lenexa City Center offers a unique spin on urban living.
Incorporating approximately 200 acres divided into four quadrants, this commercial and residential hub will encompass nearly 3 million feet of space at build-out. The site takes cues from the country's greatest urban neighborhoods and blends them with amenities found here in the Heartland.

The Lenexa Civic Center Project will be located at the heart of Lenexa City Center and encompass many of the ideas envisioned in the Vision 2020 and Vision 2030 processes. Current site plans call for a civic and recreational campus with multiple buildings.
The Lenexa Public Market will be the only indoor public marketplace located within a city hall facility in the Kansas City area. Projected to open in mid-2017, this 11,000-square-foot market will lease space to owner-operated businesses that focus on fresh foods and artisanal products.
