Neighborhood Associations

City staff tries to keep in contact with neighborhood associations in the Lenexa.  We encourage associations to keep us apprised of changes to contact information. This list of homes associations is maintained by the City of Lenexa, however, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information; rather we make this information available as a courtesy to our citizens. This information shall not be used for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service.

Flat fee building permits

The City Council recently reinstated a popular flat fee building permit incentive for the next 12 months. Until June 19, 2015 or 300 permits are issued, the City will offer building permit and plan review fees on single family dwellings for a flat fee of $750.
