The categories listed on this page represent capital improvement projects that are currently in progress, scheduled for future construction, have recently been completed or are ongoing projects/equipment purchases. The Capital Improvement Plan is reviewed on an annual basis, at which time each project is re-evaluated and project timelines, scope and the status may change. These changes allow the city flexibility in maintaining an effective level of service for the citizens.
