Citizen Survey
The last DirectionFinder Citizen Survey was performed in 2011 by the ETC Institute.
The City of Lenexa conducted its sixth DirectionFinder Survey during the fall of 2011. The purpose of the survey was to assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of major city services and to help determine priorities for the community as part of the City’s ongoing planning process.
The survey was seven pages long and took approximately 20 minutes to complete. It was administered by a combination of mail and phone to a random sample of 784 residents during November and December of 2011. The overall results of the survey have a precision of at least +/-3.5% at the 95% level of confidence.
