2011 DirectionFinder Survey Results |
Description: On a biannual basis, ETC Institute, on behalf of the City conducts the DirectionFinder Citizen Satisfaction survey. DirectionFinder provides the Governing Body and staff feedback on the quality of the services we are providing from the community. |

2012 Mowing Contract | |
Description: This contract is for mowing services covering 130 acres including a variety of medians, right-of-ways, city facilities, smaller parks, and other city owned property. This is approximately 1/4 of the mowing responsibility maintained by the city. | ||

Recommended Fleet Vehicle Replacements for Police, Fire, Municipal Services and Community Development. | |
Description: This is the light vehicles on the 2012 Equipment Replacement Fund that were approved to be purchased by the City Manager and ERF Committee. | ||

PLAN / PLAT APPROVAL: |
Preliminary Plan for Westchester Apartments, located at 13415 W 87th Street Parkway. PL 12-01 P *Continued from the January 17, 2012 City Council meeting * Applicant requests this item be withdrawn | |
Description: This preliminary plan is for the construction of two, three-story apartment buildings with a total of 57 units. |

Resolution approving a Utility Easement Agreement with T-Mobile Central LLC regarding City property at 8725 Lackman Road. |
Description: This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute an easement to allow T-Mobile to use and maintain T-mobile facilities associated with the cell tower located at Fire Station No. 2. The grant of this easement is consistent with how the City has handled other wireless providers that have sought an easement to cover their facilities. |

Resolution approving an architecture agreement with Land 3 Studio for the design work associated with the Freedom Fields Improvements Project. |
Description: This is an architecture agreement for the design of improvements for Freedom Fields Park including improved access / accessibility, internal trail / sidewalk connections, dugout and bleacher area improvements, increased program capacity, and possibly increased parking / secondary access. |

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Request for Construction Project (1302) Form from the Kansas Department of Transportation to begin the study for the 95th Street and I-35 Interchange Project. |
Description: The execution of the 1302 Form will enable the federal money to be programmed for this project and a federal-aid project number will be assigned. |

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Telvent for the purchase of a fiber optic cable management system and related services. |
Description: Approve the purchase of Fiber Optic Cable Management System and vendor services to allow for the inventory, storage, management and strategic planning of existing and future fiber optic cable managed by the City of Lenexa. |

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. for the upgrading of building automation controls at the Police Department (Phase 2) and waiving the sealed bid process. |
Description: This project represents “phase 2” of the replacement of outdated pneumatic HVAC components located in the Police Department/Courts areas at City Hall. |
