What's the website address for online class registration?
Go to http://econnect.lenexa.com.

How do I log into my account?

From the main screen, select “Login” tab and type in your login ID and family ID number in the corresponding boxes.

What if I don’t know or can’t remember my login ID or family ID number?

Select the “Login” tab, then select “Forgot Password.” It will prompt you to type in your email address and then select “Submit.” It will automatically send you an email with your login ID and family ID.

I have entered my email address, but nothing is being sent to my email account.

If you don’t receive an email, that means we don’t have an email address for your account or it is an invalid address. Contact Lenexa Parks and Recreation at 913.477.7100 to update your email information and we will provide you with your login ID and family ID number.

How do I search for Lenexa Parks and Recreation classes?

Select the “Activities” tab and choose the section of activities you are interested in.

How do I register for a class?

Select the class you’d like to register for, the day and time, and then select the “add” button on the right side of the class listing. You can also view any details of the class by selecting the “Details” tab, located above the “Add” button. Choose “Continue Shopping” to add more classes or select “Go to Checkout” to finish registering and pay for the class you have selected.

What if I decide the class I have registered for isn’t the one I want?

As long as you haven’t completed the payment transaction, you can remove yourself from the class by selecting the “Remove” button on the right side of each class registration. If you have already completed the payment transaction, call the Lenexa Parks and Recreation office at 913.477.7100 and a customer service representative will assist you.

What if I don’t find the class that I’m looking for?

Call 913.477.7100 and a customer service representative will help you search and register for your class.

Can I register for my summer pool pass in the same place I register for my classes?

Yes. Just select the “Membership” tab and choose which membership you want to purchase.

Do I need to register each family member individually for a family pool pass?

There is no need to register each individual family member for a family pass. Just select “resident family pass” or “non-resident family pass” and the system will automatically register the entire family. Please note: You will have to choose a main client when registering a family, which will be the main contact person for the entire family.

What classifies as a family membership?

A family membership includes only your immediate family members whom you claim on your income tax forms.

We have extended family living with us. Can he/she be included in the family membership?

Family membership includes your spouse and any dependents you claim on your tax forms. You would need to purchase a separate individual membership for anyone else living with you.

Does registering for a pool pass automatically reinstate my pool membership card?

Yes. Any previously used pool pass cards will automatically reinstate once your payment is received. If you don’t have a membership card, you will need to visit the Lenexa Community Center at 13420 Oak Street Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6.p.m. to have your picture taken and a card printed.

Can I reserve a facility online?

No. At this time all reservations must be made in person at the Lenexa Community Center Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. For more details, call 913.477.7100.

What does the “facilities” tab allow me to do if I can not reserve a facility online?

This tab allows you to search the different rental facilities that Lenexa Parks and Recreation offers. It also describes the amenities for each facility. This tab is a good way to view all facility rental options.

How do I update my address and/or phone number on the registration website?

Select the “My Account” tab, and then select the “Update Account” tab located directly under the main tab listings. Selecting this tab will allow you to update your address, phone number, and to add family members to your account.

How do I add new family members to my account?

After logging into your account, select the “My Account” tab. Then, select the “Update Account” tab, which is located directly under the main tab listings. Directly under the last listing of your family members, select the tab “Add Family Members.” This will prompt you to enter the name, gender and birthday of the person you are adding. Please note: Only immediate family members whom you claim on your income tax forms can be listed under your family account.

How do I change my family ID number?

Under the “My Account” tab, select “Change Family ID” located directly under the main tab listings. Fill out the requested information to change your family ID.
