Lackman & Stoneridge Neighborhood Storm Sewer Improvements

The existing corrugated metal drainage system in these neighborhoods has reached the end of it's useful life. The project will replace or line multiple pipes ranging from 15" to 48" that convey stormwater through these residential neighborhoods.

This project will widen and rehabilitate Santa Fe Trail Drive to improve safety and mobility along the corridor. Curb and gutter, streetlighting, sidewalk, trail, and storm sewer will be added between 95th Street and Pflumm Road, while the stretch between Pflumm Road and Quivira Road will include pavement, sidewalk, and curb maintenance.

Existing corrugated metal pipe has reached the end of its useful life. This project will replace a 83"x57" corrugated metal pipe under Bluejacket, immediately north of 87th Street. The project will also line or replace existing smaller pipes along Melrose Drive in the nearby Pine Ridge Business Park.
