Fall Back to Fitness: Forever Fit

Check out our Forever Fit Group X class for free as part of our Fall Back to Fitness event. 

Forever Fit is designed to help active seniors increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and improve balance through the use of weights, dancing and range of motion.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
