This training is the first step in becoming a certified yoga instructor. YogaFit Foundations (Level 1) provides essential tools to create safe and effective vinyasa yoga classes. You will learn how to blend proper alignment with the principles of exercise science and how to lead inspiring and meaningful yoga sessions. 

YogaFit Teacher Training Foundations is recognized by most fitness centers. Register by Nov. 1. Open to the community. No membership required.
