Posted on 04/19/2018

Saturdays: April 21 through Oct. 27: 8 a.m. to noon

Tuesdays: May 29 through Aug. 28: 8 a.m. to noon

The Farmers Market is located on the bottom floor of the parking garage at the Lenexa civic campus. Use 17201 W. 87th St. Pkwy., Lenexa, KS 66219 as the address for your GPS.

Parking is available on the second and higher floors of the parking garage. Enter from Winchester Street.

We have more than 20 vendors lined up to sell their homemade and home-grown products this year at the Lenexa Farmers Market. All vendors are required to be within 250 miles of the market. Currently our farthest vendor is just over 120 miles away, while our closest is just 1 mile away.

One of the best things about farmers markets is the ability to get to know the farmer or small business owner who has grown or made the food you eat. They can tell you the field it came from and how they made it.

Vendor List

You will find a wide variety of products at the Lenexa Farmers Market, including produce, wine, honey, dairy, meat, baked goods, flowers, plants and microgreens. Produce is seasonal, so you can expect to find a variety of different items throughout the season.

We know it is important to be confident where your produce comes from. That’s why we require all farmers to label their products in the following way:

  • Farmer Grown: Produced by the farmer on land they own or lease

  • Locally Grown: Grown 30 miles or less from the vendor’s property and within 250 miles of the Lenexa Farmers Market.

  • Regionally Grown: Grown 31 miles or more from the vendor’s property and within 250 miles of the Lenexa Farmers Market.

Many of our vendors use pesticide-free practices when growing their produce. Farmers who do not spray their crops are able to label them as "no herbicide/pesticide spray." The Farmers Market manager conducts site visits for all vendors selling at the market to ensure the practices they use match how products are labeled.
