
Shop for radishes at the Lenexa Farmers Market and make this delicious dish.

Yields: 1–2 cups
Ingredients
4 cups radish greens, washed and dried
3 cloves chopped garlic
1–2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1/3 cup olive oil (plus more if needed)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste. Add salt and pepper. Taste again, adjusting with more oil, salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired.
Serve with pasta, chicken, on sandwiches, in salad, or any way you like.
