Whether they’re clearing swaths of sprawling invasive honeysuckle, judging samples of the area’s finest chili, or working on relief projects with local charities, Lenexa volunteers are a key contributor to our community’s warm, welcoming spirit. 

If you know an exceptional Lenexa volunteer who generously gives their time, energy and talents to benefit others, consider nominating them for the City of Lenexa’s Volunteer Hall of Fame. We have been inducting honorees since 1985!

We’re looking for individual citizens who have made significant contributions to our community — whether they live, work or volunteer in Lenexa. Honorees will be recognized at a 2022 City Council meeting.

The nomination deadline is Friday, March 4, 2022.
