We have created a set of policies and procedures that allow us to be consistent in our management and employment practices. They apply to each of our employees (unless otherwise stated). Other city departments may have additional policies and procedures that assist with their operational needs. While our policy manual is intended to be ongoing, we may amend, modify cancel or withdraw a policy at any time without notice.
