Ad-Astra is home to the Lenexa Lazers Swim & Dive Team and is located near 83rd Street and Maurer Road. It opens for the season on May 25, 2019.

Hours

Ad Astra Pool is open May 25 through Aug. 4

Open Swim

  • Monday through Saturday: noon to 8 p.m.

  • Sunday: noon to 6 p.m.

Pool closures

  • TBD

Lap swimming

50-meter lap lane available. You must have progression in the water, either swimming or walking.

  • Daily, 4 p.m. to close

  • Cost: Free for members; $2 daily admission fee per person for non-members

Pool Rentals

  • Sunday: 6:15 to 8:15 p.m.

Amenities

  • Zero-depth entry

  • On-deck shade structures

  • Eight 50-meter lanes

  • Two 1-meter diving board

  • In-deck spray features

  • Concession stand with tables – open from 1 to 6 p.m.
