
Thirteen local artists were recently honored for their artistic skill as part of the annual Lenexa Artists' Show. The show features 2D and 3D artwork from artists who live in Lenexa. The artists represent a variety of media.
All participating artists were honored at a public reception on Aug. 23. Winners were also announced and include:

The Lenexa Artists Show is on display through Oct. 1 at the Lenexa City Hall Art Gallery, 17101 W. 87th St. Pkwy., Lenexa, KS 66219. The gallery is open Monday–Thursday: 6 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday and Saturday: 7 a.m.–10 p.m., Sunday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
