While picking up fresh produce and meat, Lenexa Farmers Market shoppers can also mark the COVID-19 vaccine off their to-do list. The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment (JCDHE) will operate a convenient walk-in vaccine clinic during the Farmers Market at Lenexa’s civic campus (17201 W. 87th St., Pkwy., Lenexa, KS 66219) on two dates during June:
- Saturday, June 5, 2021: 8:30–11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, June 15, 2021: 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Visitors will stop by a JCDHE booth, after which they will be directed to the clinic location in the Rec Room at the Lenexa Rec Center, located adjacent to the Market. The Johnson & Johnson one-dose vaccine will be available. No appointments are necessary, and there is no cost to receive the vaccine.
