Pascal Larcher, chef/owner of Velouté, will prepare an delightful French country-inspired menu in the intimate setting of The Kitchen at Lenexa Public Market

Farmers Market Attendant and Chef Brenda VandenBos will be your host throughout the evening. Watch Chef Pascal assemble each course of the meal as you get to know your fellow dinner guests. You'll also meet Jacob Thomas of JET Produce And Meats, David Hemme of Hemme Brothers Creamery and Carl Waldenmaier of LandSeaFood, who will share what they do and how they farm.

Vendors whose products will be featured include Food Life Joy, Hemme Brothers Creamery, Jake Creek Pecans, JET Produce and Meats, LandSeaFood, Next to Nature Farm, New Roots for Refugees, Pastimes Farm, Ronnie D's Cheesecake, Sunflower Orchard, Three Bears Bakery and BBQ and Wolhetz Farm Fresh.
