Grilled Peaches and Pork Chops

Vendors: Oatie Beef, Pastimes Farm, Sunflower Orchards

4 pork chops 
1 teaspoon salt 
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 peaches, halved and pits removed
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. Heat grill to medium heat.
2. Prepare pork chops, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Prepare peaches by melting butter and mixing in cinnamon and sugar. Brush cut half of the peach with butter mixture.
4. Brush grill with oil.
5. Place pork chops on the grill let cook for 4 minutes before turning. 
6. Place peaches on grill cut side down for 4-5 minutes. 
7. Turn both peaches and pork chops grill another 3-4 minute or until 145 internal temperature with meat thermometer.
8. Remove from grill and enjoy.

Pasta Salad

Vendors: Dierking Farms, New Roots for Refugees, Jet Produce and Meats, See’s Family Farm, Wohletz Farm Fresh, Pastimes Farm, Meulebeke Farms, Salt Creek Valley Farms

12 ounces bowtie pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 ears of corn, kernels cut off cob
1 bunch of green scallions, sliced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved, or 1 large tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 head broccoli, chopped
2 avocados, cubed
1 8-ounce can olives, sliced
1 bottle of favorite Italian dressing 
Feta cheese or other favorite cheese, cubed

1. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. 
2. Chill for at least an hour and serve.

Breakfast Parfait

Vendors: Wohletz Farm Fresh, Sunflower Orchards, Yummylicious Cookie Company

1 peach, cut into cubes
½ cup blueberries
½ cup yogurt
½ cup granola

Place fruit and yogurt in a bowl and top with granola.
