Fall Back to Fitness: Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga

Check out our Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga Group X class for free as part of our Fall Back to Fitness event.

This yoga class starts with the continuous, flowing progressions of poses and postures known with Vinyasa yoga and moves to the relaxing and gentle poses of restorative yoga.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
