  • July 4 at 6 p.m.: Early closure for Independence Day holiday

Lap swimming and water walking

You must have progression in the water, either swimming (Lap Pool) or walking (Current Channel).

  • Monday–Thursday & Saturday: 10–11:30 a.m.
  • Cost: Free for members; $3 per person for nonmembers

Adaptive and sensory swim

Enjoy a calm, welcoming swim designed for neurodivergent individuals, people with developmental or physical disabilities or anyone who benefits from a low-sensory, inclusive environment. Participants can move at their own pace, explore the water safely and enjoy therapeutic recreation without the crowds and noise of open swim.
