Employee Policy Manual

The City of Lenexa’s Personnel Policies and Procedures reflect the City’s Vision, Mission, and Values and convey the standards the City has for its employees. The policies and procedures establish consistent management and employment practices and apply to all City employees (unless otherwise stated). The City reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw a policy at any time without advanced notice.
