The City of Lenexa’s personnel policies and procedures reflect the City’s vision, mission and values and convey the standards the City has for its employees. The policies and procedures establish consistent management and employment practices and apply to all employees (unless otherwise stated). The City reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw a policy at any time without advance notice.

Police Department policies

Lenexa Police Department provides public access to department policies that are commonly of interest. Policies are regularly reviewed and updated to align with evolving best practices, legislative changes and community needs. As revisions occur, the most current versions will be made available on this webpage. Any necessary redactions are made in accordance with the Kansas Open Records Act (KSA 45-215 et seq.).
