Outdoor Pool Birthday Parties

Splash Package includes 24 admissions and 2 hours of reserved table space. 

Flat Rock Creek Pool and Ad Astra Pool party times

May 29–Aug. 2, 2026:

• Friday at 3 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday or Sunday at 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m., or 5:30 p.m.

Sar-Ko-Par Aquatic Center party times

May 29–Aug. 30, 2026:

• Friday at 3 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday or Sunday at 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m., or 5:30 p.m. 

Reservation information

• Outdoor Pool Birthday Party Agreement and Waiver must be signed and full payment received at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more out will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less from event date will receive a 50% refund.
• Changes to dates must be requested in advance at least 48 business hours. Changes will be accommodated based on availability.
• Table space is provided during the reserved time slot. All set up and teardown must be completed during the reserved time.
• The reserved party area is for party guests only. 

Food and drink

• Food and drink may be brought into the party space. Any coolers brought must be inspected by the pool manager before admittance into the facility. 
• Any prohibited items found within the cooler will result in forfeiture of the party's ability to bring in a cooler.
• We do not provide any storage space (e.g., freezers, refrigerators) for food and drink.
• Concessions items available for purchase.

Admission

• All party guests staying at the facility must sign in at the front desk and will count toward the admissions total.
• Party Packages include admissions for up to 24 total guests.
  •  Parties of more than 24 must inquire about an additional package to accommodate guests, as available.
