Family Fitness Class

They say more is caught than taught. Ryan H. will lead a 45-minute family-style Group X fitness class on Sundays July 7–28 at 2 p.m.

Stop by the Lenexa Rec Center front desk to get a class card for each participant.

No X pass needed. Free for members and nonmembers. 

Use this class to get ready for the Family Fitness Challenge Aug. 6 and/or 8.
