Outdoor Pool Private Rentals

You can rent a pool facility for up to two hours during the summer season during these times:

Ad Astra Pool and Flat Rock Creek Pool

May 29–Aug. 8, 2026:

• Daily from 7:45 to 9:45 p.m.

Sar-Ko-Par Aquatic Center

May 29–Aug. 8, 2026:

• Daily from 8:15 to 10:15 p.m.

Aug. 14–30, 2026:

• Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 8:15 to 10:15 p.m.

• All City of Lenexa, Kansas, ordinances and the pool safety rules must be observed at all times.
• Pool rentals will take place after the regular operating hours of the swimming pool.
• The person responsible will be liable for any and all damages that occur to the facility during the rental. All personal and group property must be removed at the end of the rental.
• Alcoholic beverages and cereal malt beverages are not permitted at any time.
• Food and drink may be brought into the party space. Any coolers brought must be inspected by the pool manager before admittance into the facility. 
• Any prohibited items found within the cooler will result in forfeiture of the party's ability to bring in a cooler.
• We do not provide any storage space (e.g., freezers, refrigerators) for food and drink.
• Pool rentals cannot run past 10:15 p.m., prevailing time.
• Pool rentals will follow the Parks & Recreation inclement weather policy.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more out will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less from event date will receive a 50% refund.
• The rental agreement is not transferable to any other person or group.
