Take the guesswork out of your fitness! The Lenexa Rec Center's free fitness checkups give you a snapshot of your health and strength, with personalized tips from a certified personal trainer. This checkup is perfect for tracking your progress or starting a fitness journey.

What you get 

• InBody scan: See your body composition broken down by weight, body fat, and lean muscle.
• Strength and endurance tests: Sit-ups, pushups, plank, and a 40-yard dash to assess your fitness level. 
• Personalized consultation: A certified trainer will review your results and provide some quick practical tips and proper techniques.
