Building Code Board of Appeals Meeting 7/21/2025

The Building Code Board of Appeals considers any appeal of orders, decisions or determinations made by a building or fire code official relative to the International Building Code and other technical codes adopted by the City.

• The Building Code Board of Appeals meets on an as-needed basis at Lenexa City Hall. Dates and times vary.
• Agendas are typically available the Thursday before each meeting. Minutes of previous meetings are available after they are approved at the following meeting.
• Meetings are open to the public.
