Planning Commission Meeting 2/2/2026

There will be a public hearing for an application to rezone property for a single-family residential neighborhood known as Clear Creek Subdivision located near the southeast corner of 86th Terrace and Clare Road. Planning Commission Meeting Packet

The Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations on planning and zoning issues in Lenexa. The Commission also makes recommendations about rezoning, special use permits and preliminary plan applications, which are then considered by the Lenexa City Council. The Planning Commission approves final plans, with or without conditions.

The Planning Commission typically meets on the first Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at Lenexa City Hall. Please see the meeting calendar to verify meeting dates because not all meetings occur on the first Monday of the month.
Agendas are typically available the Thursday before each meeting. Minutes of previous meetings are available after they are approved at the following meeting.
