Take a fall trip to visit Farmers Market vendors

Beyond their booths at the Lenexa Farmers Market, some of our vendors’ businesses are open to the public. You can see where and how these dedicated folks grow, raise and make your favorite local products. Take a tour, learn something new and get your hands dirty.
Brew Haha Coffeehouse (Overland Park, Kansas)
- Visit their coffee shop seven days a week.
- Take part in bingo, trivia or chess this month.
- Their trailer will also be at Lenexa’s Spinach Festival on Sept. 7!
City Roots Nursery (Kansas City, Missouri)
- Shop for locally grown native plants at their retail location Wednesday–Sunday.
- Get inspiration for your own yard projects from their on-site gardens.
Holy-Field Vineyard & Winery (Basehor, Kansas)
- Sign up to participate in the annual fall grape harvest on Sundays in September.
- Visit their winery tasting room daily.
JET Produce and Meats (Leavenworth, Kansas)
- Visit their farm store Monday–Saturday from 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Morning Light Kombucha (Hoyt, Kansas)
- Visit their business on Wednesdays from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. to shop and see how they produce their kombucha.
Next to Nature Farm (Leavenworth, Kansas)
- Visit their farm store Friday–Sunday. Try delicious local honey flavors at the only honey-tasting bar in Kansas.
- They also run a retail store in downtown Leavenworth Wednesday–Saturday and carry products from 25+ vendors.
- Take an on-site class or sign up for a Bee to Bottle Tour.
PawsAbilities (Olathe, Kansas)
- Visit the store to meet their students and shop for dog treats and pet wear. Open weekdays from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
StoneBriar Farm (De Soto, Kansas)
- Visit their flower field to pick and pay by the stem on the second Sunday of the month through October.
The Wooden Spoon (Overland Park, Kansas)
- Order breakfast or lunch at one of their two restaurants seven days a week.
Yellow Brick Bakery (Olathe, Kansas)
- Visit their bakery Tuesday–Saturday.
Zero Zero Handmade Pasta (Kansas City, Missouri)
- Visit their Westside shop seven days a week to buy pasta or dine in for lunch.
- Take a pasta class and learn how to make dough, fillings and a pasta shape.
