Truck or Treat
Oct. 18, 2025 | 8–11 a.m. | Municipal Services Service Center
Kick off your Halloween season with big thrills — and even bigger wheels. Truck or Treat is a Halloween machine. Watch monstrous equipment demolish pumpkins and learn how City workers keep Lenexa in fang-tastic shape with fun, hands-on activities. Don’t forget to have the kids wear a costume and bring a treat bag. Free admission. Learn more
Costume Contest at Family Night

Step into a world of whimsy and wonder at Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park. The Enchanted Forest is filled with hauntingly beautiful displays, magical surprises and plenty of delights. Friday Night Sound Frights + Adult Costume Contest
