City Hall - Santa Fe Conference Room

The Santa Fe Conference Room in Lenexa City Hall can be rented for business meetings and training seminars. It is a glass-encased room that overlooks the lobby and City Hall Art Gallery. Rental reservations can be made up to six months in advance and require at least a two-week notice.

Rental hours

Daily: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (in general)

Rental time must include any prep and cleanup time. Rentals after 5 p.m. weekdays and anytime on weekends must be a minimum of two hours.

Available to be rented by the same group for a combined maximum of 24 rentals per calendar year.

Rental rates

Rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs (indoors), technology, amenities and on-site concierge. Additional fees may apply for alcohol consumption and damage deposit.

We offer discounted rates to Lenexa residents and businesses. Separate nonprofit rates are not available.

Rental policies

Alcohol and security policy

In order to have alcohol at your event, you must be at least 21 years old.

Purchase alcohol from Lenexa Public Market

If you purchase alcohol from a Lenexa Public Market merchant for a rental at Lenexa City Hall, then no permit or police officer are required.

Bring your own alcohol

If you would like to bring in your own alcohol for a rental at Lenexa City Hall, you must complete a Facility Alcohol Permit Form(PDF, 217KB) and pay the additional $100 permit fee at least 60 days before your event.

An off-duty Lenexa police officer(s) will be scheduled to work your event. Parks & Recreation staff will schedule the officer(s) 30 minutes before alcohol is first served until 30 minutes after the last call and all alcohol is put away. The fee is $50 per officer per hour, paid in cash directly to the officer(s) when they arrive.
