Free mulch for Lenexa residents

Lenexa provides access to free, unlimited mulch for its residents year-round. The mulch is made from tree material that City crews collect and then grind up.

The mulch is located outside the Municipal Services Service Center gates (7700 Cottonwood St.) and at Freedom Fields (83rd Street and Woodsonia Drive.).

Residents are responsible for loading and hauling the mulch.
