Join us for a free Cardio Sculpt class as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Burn calories and build lean muscle with a combo of cardio bursts and strength work.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
