Join us for a free Lift-Row class as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Boost strength and endurance with a mix of weight training and rowing intervals.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
