Join us for a free Circuit Trainingclass as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Rotate through stations for a full-body workout that keeps your heart rate up.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
