Join us for a free TRX® Knock Out class as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Punch, kick and sweat your way through a high-intensity kickboxing-style workout.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
