Join us for a free Stretch & Rollclass as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Loosen up tight muscles and increase mobility with stretching and foam rolling techniques.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.

The class will be held outdoors on the Lenexa civic campus, weather permitting.
