Join us for a free Yoga class as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Center yourself with a flow designed to improve flexibility, balance and relaxation.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
