In this intimate new body of work, Kansas City-based artist Bryce Holt invites us into the emotional landscape where our biggest truths live. Painted in acrylic and bursting with vivid color, each canvas in Tales from the Heart begins with a story—a quiet moment, a remembered feeling, a heart-turned whisper. Holt’s figurative forms hover between realism and dream: characters caught mid-step, pauses in time, the thing you thought you forgot returning to you. Through bold swaths of pigment, surreal layering, and unexpected juxtapositions, the series speaks of longing, joy, loss, and the messiness of being human.

Clarissa Knighten brings a three-dimensional perspective to the exhibition with her sculptural works. Using layered materials and carefully crafted forms, Knighten transforms ordinary shapes into objects that hold memory, meaning, and quiet presence. Her pieces invite viewers to slow down, notice subtle details, and experience the tactile beauty of everyday forms.
