Valentine's Day Yoga

Celebrate love in all its forms — starting with yourself — at a special Valentine’s Day Yoga class at the Lenexa Rec Center. This relaxing session invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply and move with gratitude through heart-opening poses and gentle stretches designed to release tension and refresh the spirit.

The class will take place in Group X 1 Studio. Simply check in at the welcome desk to receive a Group X card, then give that card to the instructor upon entering class. Space is limited to 20 participants, so arrive early to claim your spot!
