Standard traffic ordinance
The Kansas League of Municipalities annually publishes the Standard Traffic Ordinance (STO), which is a comprehensive traffic code for all Kansas cities. We routinely adopt the STO as our city traffic code. Currently, we are using the 2017 edition of the STO, along with specific changes and additions unique to our needs.
