A special benefit district was established for Britton Street to support infrastructure improvements needed to serve new development.
The project will construct Britton Street from the intersection of Britton Street and College Boulevard north approximately 1,600 feet. Improvements will include landscaping, stormwater, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, streetlights and traffic signals.
