Are you a defendant — or the attorney of a defendant — who has been charged with an offense in Lenexa Municipal Court? If so, you may submit a request for discovery to obtain police reports or other materials related to your pending case.

After you submit a request for discovery, we will email you the cost associated with that request. Payment must be received before the request will be fulfilled.

  • 1–10 pages: $5
  • 11–25 pages: $10
  • 26+ pages: $15
  • Videos/photos: $25 each
  • Handling: $5
