Request Police Public Records

An Open Records Request is a general request for public records in our custody. The criteria for public release of these documents are more stringent. Open Records Requests are governed by our policy and the Kansas Open Records Act.

Request Accident Reports

Accident reports are generally available approximately seven days after the date of the incident. Our online system archives accident reports for the current year and two years prior.

Request for Discovery

Use this form only if you are a defendant or the attorney of a defendant who has been charged with an offense in Lenexa Municipal Court and wish to obtain police reports or other materials related to your pending case.
