Vehicle Lockouts

We will respond to assist in unlocking a vehicle only under the following circumstances:

  • Someone is locked inside the vehicle and unable to let themselves out.
  • A pet is locked inside the vehicle and conditions exist which could endanger it.
  • The vehicle is running with the keys locked inside.

*In some critically dangerous circumstances, such as hot weather, we may opt to smash a window in order to quickly and safely rescue a person locked inside the vehicle.

If none of these emergency conditions exist, we recommend contacting a locksmith.
