Lenexa Art Fair logo The Lenexa Art Fair is the perfect outing to celebrate all things artisan. This one-day, outdoor, juried art fair features about 50 fine artists from the region. Enjoy live jazz music throughout the day; children's art activities; food trucks; Lenexa Farmers Market vendors; and a tasting event featuring local wine and craft beer.

This is a juried art event that accepts approximately 50 fine artists in a variety of 2D and 3D categories.

Applications: Applications for this show are accepted through Zapplication, October through mid January. To apply for the 2027 show, check back for the application on Oct. 1, 2026.

Additional food vendors are available in the Lenexa Public Market on the east side of the civic campus.

What you need to know

Family-friendly event: The Lenexa Art Fair is open to all ages.

Alcohol and tasting: Free tasting activities take place from 4–7 p.m. Beer and wine purchases and tastings are limited to guests 21+ with a valid ID.

No outside food or alcohol: Outside alcohol, coolers and outside food are not permitted. Food and refreshments are available for purchase onsite.

Live entertainment and shopping: Enjoy live jazz music throughout the day and visit the Lenexa Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to noon.

Kids activities: Children can enjoy the art tent, face painting and sidewalk chalk activities.

Please leave pets at home: Crowds, heat and noise can be stressful for pets, and not all guests enjoy close contact with animals.

No bikes or motorized vehicles: Bikes, skateboards and motorized vehicles are not allowed within the event area, except mobility devices used by people with disabilities.
