Responsibilities
The Lenexa Foundation Board oversees the The Lenexa Foundation, which accepts donations on behalf of the City of Lenexa. The purpose of The Lenexa Foundation is to support community beautification and maintenance, promote social welfare, promote environmental conservation, advance education and science and promote the arts.
Meetings
The annual meeting of the Lenexa Foundation Board takes place each spring in conjunction with a Lenexa City Council meeting. Meetings are open to the public.
Agendas and minutes
Copies of upcoming meeting agendas are typically available on the Friday before the meeting date. Minutes of previous meetings are available after they are approved at the following meeting.
Current members
Lenexa's Mayor and City Council members serve on the Lenexa Foundation Board.
