The five-story Lenexa civic campus parking garage offers 500 free public parking stalls.

Enter or exit the garage from either Winchester Street (on west side of civic campus) or 88^th Street (south side of campus).

No parking allowed overnight from 1 to 4 a.m. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Library drive-through kiosk

The Lenexa City Center Library has a drive-thru service window and book drop inside the parking garage. Enter from 88th Street for easiest access.

Electric vehicle chargers

There are four Level 2 electric vehicle chargers on the first level of the garage located south of the garage’s Winchester Street entrance. These spots are reserved for charging electric vehicles only.

To use the chargers, download the EV Connect app and follow the instructions to charge your vehicle.
Rates are set at 20 cents a kilowatt hour.
Cars left plugged in for excessive periods will be charged an idling fee.
