The Lenexa Old Town Activity Center, Lenexa Public Market and Lenexa Rec Center will close early on Dec. 24. Legler Barn Museum is closed Dec. 24. All City facilities are closed Dec. 25.
Fire Station #2 is located on Lackman Road near 87th Street Parkway.
Station #2 is home to a Quint Company. Cross-staffed apparatus include an all-terrain utility vehicle specifically designed for medical rescue from trail and park system areas not accessible to other apparatus.
The primary response district served is a combination of residential, apartment complexes and retail sales facilities.
